Return Policy

At Bradley Hay Farm, we strive to provide high-quality hay grass to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• The hay grass must be in its original packaging and in good condition.
• A return authorization number (RAN) must be obtained from our customer service team prior to returning the product.
• We offer a free return of goods

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued as follows:

• A full refund will be issued if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery and is in its original packaging and in good condition.
• A partial refund may be issued if the product is returned after 30 days of delivery or is not in its original packaging or condition.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days.

Exceptions

• Custom orders or special requests are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Hay grass that has been opened or used is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bradleyhayfarm.org to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). Please provide the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Product description

Once the RAN is issued, please ship the product back to us at the following address:

Warranty

We warrant that our hay grass is free from defects and will remain so for a period of 30 days from delivery. If you discover any defects or issues with the product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
